Having trouble editing your PDF's?

We've created a handy, step-by-step video guide on how to edit your PDF from start to finish. Take a look at our video below.

How To Edit A PDF: A Handy Guide (transcript)

1.      Editing Software:

We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader to edit your PDF's. If you don't have it already installed, you can easily download it here; https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/. Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically open in its web version. To Make edits to your PDF, you'll want to open it in its desktop version.

2.    Adding A Logo:

Left-hand click on the 'Click to Add Logo' box and browse your files to find the relevant logo.

3.    Adding Web Address:

Click on the 'Website' box to add in your own web address.

4.   Adding Pricing:

Click on the pricing boxes and edit to add your own pricing. You'll be able to do this with every price box.

5.    Adding Contact Details:

You'll be able to add your relevant contact details to the back page. Click on the 'Phone Number', 'Email' and 'Website' boxes to add in your details.

6.    Saving Your PDF:

After making all of your changes, you can save your PDF by going to the right hand corner and clicking the 'Save' icon. Choose the file location where you want to save this. By just saving your PDF, you'll be able to go back in and continue to make changes.

7.    Locking Your PDF:

To lock your PDF, making it non-editable, go to 'Menu' in the top left corner and click 'Print'. Set your printer option to 'Microsoft Print to PDF' and click 'Print'. Then continue to save your non-editable PDF in a folder of your choosing. This may take a few minutes to complete.

And that's it! You're good to go!
