Details of your product cost and retail price discounts as applied to non-sale items from our main office furniture catalogue are available from our Sales Team. The special offer brochures feature a special price and discount matrix which is applied on an item-by-item basis. Copies of this matrix are mailed on floppy disc in .xls (Microsoft Excel) format the week before the launch of each brochure. If you have any queries regarding your discount structure, please contact our sales team.
 
..happens if there is a delay in delivery?
We make every effort to achieve our advised delivery targets, and we have an admirable success rate. however there are occasions when delays may occur, for a variety of reasons. In this event you will be sent a secondary acknowlegement stating a revised delivery target. In any event, please contact your sales administrator if you have any queries regarding your order.

...preparations should be made prior to delivery?
We request access details and negotiate a suitable delivery time with the customer contact as nominated by the dealer. We ask end users to ensure that the delivery is able to be made to a cleared site to enable trouble-free unpacking and assembly, and to inform us of any special circumstances which may affect our installation and delivery team — for example, a narrow stairwell or other obstruction, or special security requirements. Please note that safes are only delivered to pavement-level ground-floor locations unless a delivery questionnaire is completed, and we reserve the right to charge for this service.
