Association is the official trade association for office and contract furniture in the UK. Members commit to the following goals and standards:
To trade in a fair and ethical manner following the principals of the BCFA approved standard terms of business.
To employ only trained and competent staff.
To provide quotations and a basis of charging in writing.
To provide a written procedure for the resolution of disputes and complaints.
To provide products that meet both legislative requirements and appropriate technical and performance standards, supported by appropriate evidence where necessary i.e. test certificates.

In 1995, after having been established in the business for 20 years, the office furniture distributors Woodstock Leabank became independently owned by its directors.
